I have a Hp Color Laserjet pro Mfp M477fdw the problem is when it prints out, the ink on the paper can be erased/cleaned (ink does not stick to the paper) the ceramic heater test value is 0.48 ohm, after installation the results are still the same. Are there any other indications that need to be repaired?
