The front porch needs to match the back porch. You see it in the pan in on the left side. The columns back there should be replicated on the front and the top beam also needs to be at least painted to match. I would be tempted to construct a moderate dental moulding up there to set the tone for the inside and reflect elements of the interior staircase. I would run the moulding all around the house. I hate it when people cheap out on something that is so basic and for just a few hundred dollars extra would complete the look. It destroys the curb appeal that is so important in creating a good first impression.
I like most of the house. I find the stair railing to be heavy-handed. It gives the house a feeling of a Victorian farmhouse! I would recast it in a lighter less obtrusive configuration. It should anchor space but not intrude into the experience.
I live in Uxbridge the countryside is beautiful especially where I am near the ski hills but the town is a criminal hive. they try to jack our taxes here 4% ever 2 years now so they can spend 1 million on a new street light its insane.
I’m so in love with the inside of this house! It’s classy, elegant and rustic, all at once!
Wow this house and the staging is flawless!
Absolutely gorgeous.
Beautiful house
Uxbridge is such a beautiful town

This property is highly prestigeous house in many ways ; it is replete with creativity.
Gorgeous home
Different…..nice !! 👍
Ready to move in and a blank canvas at the same time.
Love it! 4 year subscriber and still going strong.. Love it!! Thanks
I would consider moving out of Toronto for this house.
I LOVE THIS CHANNEL ❤️
Gorgeous. I'm wondering if the covered walkway in the front was recent add-on? It doesn't seem to match the rest of the house.
I see what you mean, definitely doesn’t match

Is it safe to live at the farm area since its a crime hive? Is it foreigner that cause the crime rate to soar?
Really nice house BUT 1.2 million is a lot of money for a house!
1.2 is a lot of money. This one is almost 1.8 million. $1,789,900 to be exact.
Gorgeous, but $1.8 Million is a bit above my budget unfortunately! Good luck with the sale….🙏🏼🍀
She's got pretty bones.
