Excellent performance of Tiger-Crane Double Style Fist of Sifu Lau Ga-fai ! An advice to him and anybody doing hard style: there must be a softer style like Taiji, Bagua, Neigong, Qigong, etc. to accompany the practice, otherwise the former will goto the extreme and harm the practiser himself.
anybody has this recording without the annoying background music. i like to hear his breathing sounds while doing the form. on another note, if you are learing iron wire by yourself do not do the entire form on the first few attempts. break it into small pieces so your internal organs can get stronger before doing the entire form.

I remember the first time I practiced iron fist, I Wasnt prepared and my muscles get damaged by the effort like 4 days it is not only fancy moves its real and requires a lot of energy, this man it is really fast including his kicks it remember me that I need to keep training harder, and talking about the video was perfect =D

That is why you first learn Gung Gee, or another initiating form like Moi Fa Kuen. Gung Gee contains all structure training needed.
