    Actually Dimash is able to sing Queen od the Night. Wandering the stage during rehearsal aimlessly singing snippets of melodies including yes Queen of the Night 😂. Another time a friend of his lipsinged it with Dimash singing hidden on the stairs as a joke. You should check it out - it's equally hilarious and mindblowing that he is able to do this as a man with one of the most difficult soprano arias.

      It doesn’t seem appropriate to describe Dimash’s 6’3” frame as “petite”… perhaps “slim”, “trim” or some other term would be more appropriate than petite. Still, very animated reaction. Cheers.

    Dimash sings the Diva Dance in a duet with Li YuGang. The Diva Dance is embedded in the song „Drunken Concubine“. It‘s very unique and worth a watch.
    You also mentioned the Magice Flute. Dimash never performed it officially but he used it for vocal warm up, because he was bored, to show to others or to make fun with his friend. Here a compilation of it: ruclips.net/video/xQeBw69mXp8/видео.htmlsi=2DgdlSn5SYdqdurK

    The people that created the fifth element piece, they inserted some synthetic notes, for those they thought incapable of the human voice to achieve. Then comes Dimash who proves their assumptions unfounded. Dimash’s highest note is a D8, and the highest note sung by a human is a G10 by some woman in Brazil.

It brings it alive and is educational to have someone who knows what he is talking about in the world of opera do the analysis on this difficult operatic piece. Another enjoyable reaction and interesting analysis. As you already stated, Diva Dance is originally a song from the classic 1997 sci-fi thriller “The Fifth Element” starring Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. For the scene, the song’s composer, Eric Serra, designed the piece with the intent that it would be impossible for a human to perform the high-pitch staccato sections. He had Inva Mula-Tchako, an Albanian opera lyric soprano, sing the notes individually so that they could then be arranged digitally and recorded. In the movie, this song is “performed” by an alien, Diva Plavalaguna, played by Maïwenn Le Besco.
    The staccati are reminiscent of "The Queen of the Night" aria from the opera "The Magic Flute." I wish Dimash would perform that vocal masterpiece once in concert. Although, he frequently does perform the piece as part of his warm-up before concerts. Chinese opera singer Zhang Jane sang her own rendition of the "Diva Dance," complete with a full orchestra, hitting every note almost perfectly without the help of a computer or digital aids. She even managed to sing some of the low notes. However, Dimash is the only male vocalist I know of who has performed the song exceptionally well, and in my humble opinion gave a superior performance.

    Thank you very much for your reaction. We admire and astonished about Dimash's performance of this piece together with you. Even though we might not understand all the intricacies of the technique used you can tell that the level of performance is just insane.
    I am sure even Dimash will be glad to look back many years later that this was filmed.

  • @galadballcrusher8182
    @galadballcrusher8182 Месяц назад +10

    Actually to be more precise it was written as impossible for human voice to do the complex jumps and manipulations at that pace and the soprano who sang the parts that were recorded digitized and used a synth to combine them did later train herself to be able reach them notes doing the jumps and performed it live. That said though for a male still should be impossible but well word does not exist in Dimash vocabulary.

    a fun fact...some of this in the movie was made by computer becouse it was to difficult for a human to sing! So some of the notes are real byt just sung 1 and 1 and then put togheter.
    Also this is towords the end of the show and the song before was MJ medley where he during some of that was hanging from 2 wires high abowe the stage BELTING the singing! Also he was not stil mutch in his show...runs, hoppes and mutch more. This consert was the autom after he was in the Chinese competion "I am a singer"! He got told by thouse higher upps in his land that he could do anything he whanted and they would pay everything!!!!

    In preparation for the concert, Dimash worked so hard that he lost a lot of weight. His family was very concerned.... but the concert was great. It blows your mind! (Only via video). His concerts last almost 3 hours without decreasing in intensity in the slightest.

    The blue alien-lady song (movie: "5th Element" with Milla Jojovich and Bruce Willis): ruclips.net/video/XnTE2h0ZY74/видео.html
    That is the song that should be unsingable. In the movie it is electronically edited. Many singers (male or female) have tried. Nobody sings this song as perfectly as Dimash. He sings it a half step lowerthen the original. Dimash is the only person in the world who sings this song flawlessly. He reaches the highs as well as the lows effortlessly and he delivers all riffs and runs and staccati accurately.
