This company does it: www.arataki-honey-rotorua.co.nz/technical_info.html I also found a queen importer from Ukraine who was importing his Carpathian queens into Canada until the COVID.
If I did that in my (wet) climate, it would encourage mould and the hives would rot.

How can you have "local" bees if in many places (my place in the USA for sure) they keep importing bees in large quantities from the South annually?
I am in Montreal Canada .In canada importing bees from other countries is prohibited,specially from USA and Europe
