Glass blowing ~ How to make a solid rod into a hollow tube.

Here we have an example of how to create a blowout. A blowout is when you take a solid rod and turn it into a hollow tube. The method I use to complete this creation is by taking the rod of color and winding it upwards on top of a 12mm tube and then sealing that off, blowing into it and smoothing everything out to create the blowout. I use the colors Yoshi, Atomic Blue Stardust, and Zen to create blowouts.

Nice work! what psi settings do you have your oxygen and propane?

Hello mate . Thank you for watching. I keep my oxygen at 50psi and normally my propane at the same but rn I am running it at almost 100psi . Thank you for your question , I just posted a short video for others who probably had the same question. Happy melting
