I'm so chuffed I discovered your channel, Ive always been fascinated by molten glass, I wanted to blow glass, now I'm 56, I have the space so I've recently bought a tradeflame 'cyclone' map gas torch, glass tubes and I've made Water pipe bits n bobs but I got the bug, I want to make great quality items, which tells me I'll need great quality tools and equipment, I feel like I need more heat and faster, so I'll be absorbing your advice paying attention to technique to learn all I can.... Cheers mate.

Quick question. I am wanting to fill some 10.5" 8mm glass tubes with some boiling beads, just to make decorative straws. How would one go about putting a 🤔 crimp? I guess you could call it, into a 8mm glass tubes? It's the only way I can think of to allow the beads to stay inside without adding any additional hardware

Great video. Love the insight on every tool. I am currently setting up my shop and am finding the cost of tools a bit of a challenge. Is there any must have tools to start with as I build my tool box?
