    sometimes in European hotels there is a problem with American Express cards, they do not accept transactions or it does not go through the terminal. The very poor operation of the reception desk, as you say, may result either from the very high occupancy of the hotel or from new people who are still trained. Luggage should be stored in a closed room with a luggage number issued. I was shocked when you showed the hotel guest list, so easily accessible. Such things cannot be visible to guests.     long story short complaint to AMEX not to the hotel.your story is to long.

      Your comment is too short. The hotel did not live up to the standards it advertises to its guest and also American Express. American Express did refund my entire cost of that stay because they stand behind their product and their promise the hotel did absolutely nothing because they don't care. Thanks for watching

    Why speak English? Is this an American colony?

      Well first of all English came from England. It is also referred to as the International language when it comes to hospitality and also air travel. When you pay for a five-star hotel you expect English to be spoken the hotel advertises that English is spoken. If you decide to stay in a small Airbnb I wouldn't expect your local host to speak English however they probably will. Your comment outlines your ignorance.
