I have stayed in almost all 5stars hotels in Prague. The Best is FS, second Mandarin, then split between Augustine and Buddha Bar. Most nights (like 60) I spent at both Hiltons, the bigger is efficient and the smaller one is right in the downtown. I like to see NH Carlo IV on the list - impressive property but not in basic rooms, better ones are really good.

I prefer to rent an apartment or B&B however those are very nice and good to know lovely architecture. The only thing about staying that close to the city center is the amount of tourists and noise. It would be nice to book a room off season.
