Special forces and special operations forces (SOF) are military units trained to conduct special operations. NATO has defined special operations as "military activities conducted by specially designated, organized, trained, and equipped forces, manned with selected personnel, using unconventional tactics, techniques, and modes of employment".
Special forces may perform functions including airborne operations, counter-terrorism, foreign internal defense, covert ops, direct action, hostage rescue, high-value targets/manhunt, intelligence operations, mobility operations, and unconventional warfare.

It is truly an activity that demands a lot from the operator's life and that requires a lot of blood to be executed, focus and discipline and willingness to sacrifice oneself for the benefit of the group and the mission, and accepting that there is a probability of not returning alive from a mission, risk that is already known to the candidate who decides to take the course. Due to the increased level of training, these guys fight against an entire army alone, even if they have to die. These guys walk around covered in the cloak of death. A dizzying do-or-die activity is not an activity for enthusiasts and cowards and TikTok guys with their little dances. It takes a lot of cold blood to face a special forces activity, sometimes you have to use maximum violence to achieve your objective. This is not for those who have thoughts of peace and love
I don’t know why we always have to fight, but that’s just how it is. Conflict starts from the wicked and then it becomes really big. Too big to be solved with peace. It’s sad seeing some things, but that’s evolution, that’s life. Theres nothing I can do. I’m not supposed to be responsible for that. I wish we could be kind to each other, but that’s just a wish… A futile hope that won’t come true. Maybe one day, far into the future, people might stop fighting each other. But that’s going to be a story for a different time, a different era. I just hope someone can find peace despite everything against them.

@@Poiplimu I agree with your feelings and your reflection. No one in the world wants to get hurt, risk and lose their life, for something trivial enough to generate a conflict between nations. Yes, war is the closest we can get to true hell, nothing good, nor is that the romantic idea that Hollywood portrays the hero's journey. It brings suffering, destruction and even irreparable damage to the minds and souls of those who experience this atrocity in their lives. It not only destroys, but turns dreams and hopes of a better life into dust and piles of rubble, it steals your home and turns it into an arena of killing and the dead, it destroys young people by stealing their future something that will never return, forcing young people to become evil faces of death. War disperses what human beings have beyond darkness, the brutal violence between them, which is the full capacity for destruction, the cruelest nature we have. We are capable of annihilating ourselves and destroying everything we have built over time as a human race. We cannot be passive, we fight for food, energy, territories, politics, religious ideology, cultural and ethnic indifference, for ego, greed and thirst for domination and power, when we are contradicted and threatened, the list is long to use as an argument, justification to start a conflict, whether verbal or even armed. The choice of our actions and reactions will influence the type of future we want to build, and it will be one of peace or destruction. Why we are like this, we are all human beings is in our nature, just look at our violent past in conflicts. There may be a possibility in the very distant future that we may have a conflict over the lack of drinking water in the planet, if this has a very high monetary value, life cannot be sustained without water. I am truly happy to know that you look forward to a peaceful future, in total balance and harmony among all. But until we get there, the only thing we can do is try to live our lives in the best way we can for ourselves and our families, but with respect for the lives of our fellow human beings. Have a great day, you are a great person, don't forget that.

The US military is the best in the world. For many reasons, but our soldiers are the best by far. Not just because of equipment or training. But because they're volunteer, and choose to go into the service. For the people who've died in service I respect you and appreciate. For those who have had served or is serving. Keep making America safe.

No, I'm not a bot. I don't respond to every post or comment because unlike other people I ignore them. It's my human right to be able to ignore someone/something if I don't care for it. Okay, for the massive amount of Indian Army bullshit I'm getting. I think it's about time I mention something. You have a force trained for specific locations. UT is different then OT training. (Urban Tactics/Terrain vs Open Tactics/Terrain). They're going to have a lot of cool looking entries, but guess who else has those? Yeah, the USA.
The only difference is you don't see us use them in the Army. That's more a SWAT based thing (using SWAT because they're the ones I imagine would use it.) Just because they have some interesting ways to enter a building, doesn't make it safe for the combatants nor the people inside.
I've researched the Indian Army, and it's just like the Russian Army. More hype and spectacular showing than functionality. So quit with the Indian Army crap. Already said in my above post. Wherever you're from, do your best as servicemen. Regardless of where you're from.
Mate US personnel training duration is one of the lowest in the West. Along with most western nations being purely volunteer
