+Jarred Cudeyro Probably not...Most Yellowtail in sushi restaurant are California Yellowtails or Hamachi. Still a great fish, but in the Jack family. These are Yellowtail Snappers. We see them in sushi restaurants in S Florida and they are excellent but the Hamachi is a different fish
Yellow tail heaven!!! HUGE NEVER SEEN SO MANY THAT BIG AT ONE TIME... BET THAT COOLER IS HEAVY. NICE VIDEO GUYS!
