Considering a person won't know in advance of a medical emergency/accidental injury 24 hours in advance, will GeoBlue direct pay the provider up front for a medical emergency/accidental injury?
We used GeoBlue and they promised to fax their payment guarantee to the medical provider we were going to. When we got to the medical provider they had not received the payment guarantee from Geoblue so we had to pay the costs ourselves and submit a claim to GeoBlue. GeoBlue then denied the claim.
