What you forgot to say is about taking up full teams while playing solo 1. The best way to wipe teams is to find the weak spot or the weak link. 2. AB players should learn how to crouch while shooting, faking corners or running back and forth in corners to make the opponent shoot 3. Learn how to use the worst FAL build then you'll be able to control any FAl build. 4. After modding a gun test it in the training ground so you know how it behaves. 5. I have 850h and it doesn’t matter what you use if your device can’t keep up. It gets worst when you have a terrible phone with good loot, so I usually run the bare minimum because I know I’m gonna die 80% of the time. You can use a 500k-1.3m Koen loadout and still die to a guy using a 80k loadout because your phone lags or server desync

Thanks to this video I am the proud owner of 219 koens, I no longer have any gear of any kind. I have been getting one tapped because i have nothing to protect or heal myself with but hey i no longer have gear fear.
Best strategy that work for me is to double what you lost. When I go in a raid in t5 or t6 and lost it, I will never go raid with high gear unless I get double the koen value of what I lost. Now I'm currently sitting at 70mil storage value and still learning the game.]
I have been getting more confident and predicting places, plays and just going to a fight with the idea of giving all possible to win it,. Going first advancing and with guns that i fell confortable with is better than being a snail the whole raid and waiting the enemy to step first and do the unpredictable first
Here's 2 other ways to overcome gear fear: (these might not work for you but I did overcome it by these 2) 1: use your most expensive item. Like.. Why bother buying budget gear if you already have more gear in your storage? Like just use that instead you know that the gear you have isn't yours right? 2: sell them but never to contacts as long as they aren't Unlistable or operation items, like really? Since you don't need it sell it, the others need it not you.
I solved my gear fear when I hit 70 mil koen with my budget runs. I budgeted 20mil as my buffer zone and 50mil koen as my baseline so that I won't feel broke even if I die 15 times in a roll running full T6 gears.

As someone who runs good gear every game, it get irritating running into players who run timmy kits with MP5s, or even guns that bots normally have with low Teir ammo… & even tho they have cheap gear with literally nothing to lose they still play passive, rat and are afraid to fight.
My issue is that I want to use expensive stuff but I'm not that rich but at the same time I don't want to lose my stuff because I might not be able to get the same amount back, and since I'm not rich I have to use budget stuff and I'm tired of using budget stuff because it doesn't make the game fun but the game is fun when you have expensive stuff but you need to be rich to use expensive stuff and that expensive stuff if you lose it you won't get it back if you're poor like me
I'm a F2P gamer. I use a cheap loadout with a custom build in a cheap gun with premium ammo. If i extract i make a big payout with a small loadout. If i die, the killer won't get paid off me esp if he is ratting from blind spots. That way he's upset for bothering me😁 I scout and avoid opps if I can. Having a fave gun build i can pay for anytime is fun for me. Esp one that kills: custom Glock17 17rd mag, 9x19mm DumDum/AGT?(class 3 ammo) mix. Head shot, no problem, chest/back shot, no problem, legs no problem.😅

I have gear fear but I rush the enemy 2:10 I just don’t take good gear out as often because everyone is using there 4 fingers to shove of there @ss plus they use 10 mill grenades with t6 in a tactical raid
Very good video. Finally someone sayed that. Since this game focuses on basic human trait - the need for greed, gear fear will always play one of main roles. Trick is rise above. Its just a f-ing game and all the stuff is just virtual. There is no real value in real life and all that stuff stacked in your inventory migh boost maximally your ego. So if you are ego centric person and you are taking this game at least little bit seroius then you will always suffer from gear fear.
I brought my good gear with some teammates, I spent half a mag and hurt a enemy badly, they got the final shot though, I let them loot but I took his empty bag which costed 800 Koen, Medium Bag, they grenade me like crazy, and I made it out without broken stuff, and they never gave me a medkit when I'm the one who has to scout areas, I got a bullet on my arm and lost 29/440 hp, so I needed to grt saved, it was a npc and it died, and they didn't help me up and ran away, like tf.. I just wanted to vent, I even helped them open a locked room where they took most chests on their own on the same game for a trade for med kit, they didn't trade a med kit, and I even helped them get their 100k gear and gun back before and.. it feels bad to have been done like that
i was like you, playing with random teammates,because i don't have freinds tha are intrested in this game, so i started playing solo,and the first matche doing this i wiped a whole squad at lockdown farm,i made 500k in one game and it gives me confident that i can do better alone, and guess what? it mades me enjoy the game and made me rich, because i like to play slow and not just straight rush. i even ratting sometimes , NGL. if u are intrested to play with me >DUO VS SQUAD< let me know my G,i don't care about the loot anymore since i started playing solo, i only join matches looking for kills now.
It helps to know that you can always just start a new account in case you runnout of koen. There is no point in being afraid to lose, that same fear is making you lose all those fights. Buy more expensive gea and ammo, use anything that will help you win because thats what the game is about u cant just loot and extract, arena is not a looting simulator or opening doors simulator, you need to learn how to fight by forcing yourself to take all the fights and learn from your mistakes
the thing in arena breakout is its designed in such a way that either you have to play a lot or spend a lot to get decent amount of ig money to be able to play with your desired gear. this is not a very casual friendly game and it requires just more than 2-3 hours of your time on a chill weekend, you really have to go in and grind this sht to play with T5 and good loadouts or just simply pay up for it lol
I used to feel the exact same. When I first set out to become a "decent" player with enough money to run whatever I want every raid, I thought the more you play the better. That's why I was on a Rollercoaster of gaining and losing the same 5-10mil until I realized what's more important is Quality of your "practice" in this game. I stopped immediately jumping back into a raid after I fail, and instead, hop in a covert or even come back in a day or two after I've thought about how to improve. Because alot of my fails were mental failures, timing, missing a detail or something like that. Now, I try to keep in mind paying close attention and remaining calm, yet actively thinking about what I need to do to survive, taking timely actions without rushing myself. I play probably 6-8 hours in a week and keep around 33mil and 40% survival t5 mainly. But yea it takes a lot if you're not already a chad to get there😂
gears aint shit, i could take down rhinos using low level ammunitions. my true enemy is the frame drop, a world where my phone is doing great while playing Arena Breakout is a destroyed world
The easiest way to cope with gear fear is by upgrading your loadout little by little. I run mostly tier 3 and dumdum to 7M storage value (SV). Then upgrade to T4 armor and ammo until got 15M SV. Then i upgrade it to T5. And now i almost run with moderate cost T6 comfortably, and i'm no longer mad if i lose it. Mostly i mad because losing to easy fight or whiffing an easy shots. 😂😂😂
One thing I've learnt in this game is put your gear carry gear you feel comfortable with not one you're desperate. And if you can't do that get a in game friend who will help you

I do still have gear fear even though I've been playing hundreds of hours in this game. I hate to admit it but I do hoarding especially guns that I may or may not use in the future and having a gear fear is kinda annoying even though I always say to myself that they're just a tool. Maybe because I set a goal to reach 100 Million storage value and now I'm afraid every time the storage value decreases. I've been losing a lot lately, I noticed that the more I lose my stuff the cheaper I become. I can't say I'm broke in the game but I still run T3 with a 30k budget gun and it's annoying because it's like I'm stuck in a never ending cycle of failed raid. I just want to overcome this and just enjoy the game or have decent teammates, I've been solo for weeks now.
I typically sell all of my high-end loot(100k-500k) then proceed to buy mid tier gear(50-100k) so even if I lose it, I will break even after 3-5 matches. If I go broke I still earn koen passively through contacts and higher tier bullets boosts confidence and wins gunfights vs. higher tier armor. 300+ hours vet here. 😅
nobody (AB's streamers/youtubers) talks about (mobile)device used to play. I played with mid-spec device.. it's gives me frame-drop when meeting f2f to other squad.. even with squad of bots. 80K map also gve me frlame-drop. that's why I always play with T3.. since my chances to live is small when meeting others 😅 so for me, it's not about gear-fear. it's more about not making your enemy richer 😂
Sometimes it just feels like a waste using good gear cuz on budget runs, I am always guaranteed at least 60k profit( perhaps 200k on a good run) but if im rocking a higher tier loadout( probably due to my weight and also the higher caliber i use) I find it harder to loot, and fight cuz im heavier + louder. Tho my main goal is still to b better at solo pvp in this game and being constantly shoved around by t3 bullets cuz ure rocking t3 armor and dont have a case cuz u r afraid to lose expensive ammo is also annoying.
To me that defeats the purpose of having lots of koens, what is the point if all you do it budget runs? I am on 3,5Mill and I do not use anything under T4 regardless of the profit I get. Sometimes I will just splurge with expensive gear and guns for the hell of it, if I die then I die. Hoarding does nothing if you are not going to use them

If you play Tact ops The chances of ypu getting red is low but if you get to kill bosses such as Derwin you will get around 250k loot Derwin with his RPK will defo be around 240k Koen Derwin with his AEK will be around 160k Koen above but If your really looking for going easy Then ksut target the boss squads as the ones carrying AK102 and after you get AK102 jsut go target a sks bot get the PSO and put it jn the AK Ypu have a decent 5.56 M885 gun eith decent scope Then you can go to Lockdown and die or keep playing Tactops
Its weird. You made me realize that I never had gear fear in ABI, even though I always had it in other games, but they were mostly survivals where you had to grind to get good armor n shit and could lose it in seconds.
I dont have gear fear, i FEAR is my device lag (which is always) in a fight and lost it. But im using t6 a lot now which is a good investment because there are many times that i almost died which if I'm t4 or lower, im dead.
I think that there is a balance in there, it's good to run budget kits (150k~200k ish) and scav runs until you get confident enough in order to upgrade the kits. It's also a mistake to run very expensive gear in your first few raids, because you probably will waste koen in the wrong thing (expensive mods and guns, high tier armor and forget about the correct ammo and to have a headset on) and end up dying for an experienced player because they know the map and spawns better than you
When i get expensive gun i always go try them out and if i survived i sell it and if i die i pick next one and repeat cause i mostly play maskman and i get assault or those big ar things So i just sell it and buy stuff for my maskman ❤
I was in motel on farm yesterday, great round, had 250k of stuff. Completely full inventory. We head towards the extraction point. Both my teammates run into a rat with a submachine gun and die. I ran around him instead of into him simply because I have 6 minutes left and an SKS. I don't win that fight imo. I don't have room for my teammates stuff. I think it was the right call?
I using FAL short barrel modification only (Default stock, receiver, no foregrip) and using iron sight. it still kick some dude even uses BPZ. because it using iron sight, I naturally avoid range fight and use smokes to aggressive close fight
I still have the first akm set they give you when you start the game the 90k ak still afraid of taking it out i recently got my first ever secret document which i then used to buy large storage boxes so now with the extra million i have graduated from t3 timmy to t4 player i dont run anything less than t4 set now my survival has also increased

I understand the points you make how ever playing on iPhone 15 pro max and on high sensitivity non ads aim moves fast ads aim suddenly becomes super slow and I’ve adjusted every known setting but it delays 9/10 equals dead by slow aim ads speed no matter how high to put sensitivity

It helps to know that you can always just start a new account in case you runnout of koen. There is no point in being afraid to lose, that same fear is making you lose all those fights. Buy more expensive gea and ammo, use anything that will help you win because thats what the game is about u cant just loot and extract, arena is not a looting simulator or opening doors simulator, you need to learn how to fight by forcing yourself to take all the fights and learn from your mistakes

the thing in arena breakout is its designed in such a way that either you have to play a lot or spend a lot to get decent amount of ig money to be able to play with your desired gear.
this is not a very casual friendly game and it requires just more than 2-3 hours of your time on a chill weekend, you really have to go in and grind this sht to play with T5 and good loadouts or just simply pay up for it lol

I used to feel the exact same. When I first set out to become a "decent" player with enough money to run whatever I want every raid, I thought the more you play the better. That's why I was on a Rollercoaster of gaining and losing the same 5-10mil until I realized what's more important is Quality of your "practice" in this game. I stopped immediately jumping back into a raid after I fail, and instead, hop in a covert or even come back in a day or two after I've thought about how to improve. Because alot of my fails were mental failures, timing, missing a detail or something like that. Now, I try to keep in mind paying close attention and remaining calm, yet actively thinking about what I need to do to survive, taking timely actions without rushing myself. I play probably 6-8 hours in a week and keep around 33mil and 40% survival t5 mainly. But yea it takes a lot if you're not already a chad to get there😂

When i first time play ab i always have gear fear but now looking on my inventory i think Im starting to just go for it
gears aint shit, i could take down rhinos using low level ammunitions. my true enemy is the frame drop, a world where my phone is doing great while playing Arena Breakout is a destroyed world
The easiest way to cope with gear fear is by upgrading your loadout little by little. I run mostly tier 3 and dumdum to 7M storage value (SV). Then upgrade to T4 armor and ammo until got 15M SV. Then i upgrade it to T5.
And now i almost run with moderate cost T6 comfortably, and i'm no longer mad if i lose it. Mostly i mad because losing to easy fight or whiffing an easy shots. 😂😂😂

I do still have gear fear even though I've been playing hundreds of hours in this game. I hate to admit it but I do hoarding especially guns that I may or may not use in the future and having a gear fear is kinda annoying even though I always say to myself that they're just a tool. Maybe because I set a goal to reach 100 Million storage value and now I'm afraid every time the storage value decreases.
I've been losing a lot lately, I noticed that the more I lose my stuff the cheaper I become. I can't say I'm broke in the game but I still run T3 with a 30k budget gun and it's annoying because it's like I'm stuck in a never ending cycle of failed raid.
I just want to overcome this and just enjoy the game or have decent teammates, I've been solo for weeks now.

I typically sell all of my high-end loot(100k-500k) then proceed to buy mid tier gear(50-100k) so even if I lose it, I will break even after 3-5 matches. If I go broke I still earn koen passively through contacts and higher tier bullets boosts confidence and wins gunfights vs. higher tier armor. 300+ hours vet here. 😅
My gear fear started when i always get kill by rats and extraction camper

I played with mid-spec device.. it's gives me frame-drop when meeting f2f to other squad.. even with squad of bots. 80K map also gve me frlame-drop. that's why I always play with T3.. since my chances to live is small when meeting others 😅

Sometimes it just feels like a waste using good gear cuz on budget runs, I am always guaranteed at least 60k profit( perhaps 200k on a good run) but if im rocking a higher tier loadout( probably due to my weight and also the higher caliber i use) I find it harder to loot, and fight cuz im heavier + louder. Tho my main goal is still to b better at solo pvp in this game and being constantly shoved around by t3 bullets cuz ure rocking t3 armor and dont have a case cuz u r afraid to lose expensive ammo is also annoying.
To me that defeats the purpose of having lots of koens, what is the point if all you do it budget runs? I am on 3,5Mill and I do not use anything under T4 regardless of the profit I get. Sometimes I will just splurge with expensive gear and guns for the hell of it, if I die then I die. Hoarding does nothing if you are not going to use them

Then ksut target the boss squads as the ones carrying AK102 and after you get AK102 jsut go target a sks bot get the PSO and put it jn the AK

Then you can go to Lockdown and die or keep playing Tactops

Its weird. You made me realize that I never had gear fear in ABI, even though I always had it in other games, but they were mostly survivals where you had to grind to get good armor n shit and could lose it in seconds.
I dont have gear fear, i FEAR is my device lag (which is always) in a fight and lost it. But im using t6 a lot now which is a good investment because there are many times that i almost died which if I'm t4 or lower, im dead.
I think that there is a balance in there, it's good to run budget kits (150k~200k ish) and scav runs until you get confident enough in order to upgrade the kits. It's also a mistake to run very expensive gear in your first few raids, because you probably will waste koen in the wrong thing (expensive mods and guns, high tier armor and forget about the correct ammo and to have a headset on) and end up dying for an experienced player because they know the map and spawns better than you

I was in motel on farm yesterday, great round, had 250k of stuff. Completely full inventory. We head towards the extraction point. Both my teammates run into a rat with a submachine gun and die. I ran around him instead of into him simply because I have 6 minutes left and an SKS. I don't win that fight imo. I don't have room for my teammates stuff. I think it was the right call?

I using FAL short barrel modification only (Default stock, receiver, no foregrip) and using iron sight. it still kick some dude even uses BPZ. because it using iron sight, I naturally avoid range fight and use smokes to aggressive close fight
Ohhh I should try smokes like that, I tend to use stuns for aggressive fighting tho
I still have the first akm set they give you when you start the game the 90k ak still afraid of taking it out i recently got my first ever secret document which i then used to buy large storage boxes so now with the extra million i have graduated from t3 timmy to t4 player i dont run anything less than t4 set now my survival has also increased

I understand the points you make how ever playing on iPhone 15 pro max and on high sensitivity non ads aim moves fast ads aim suddenly becomes super slow and I’ve adjusted every known setting but it delays 9/10 equals dead by slow aim ads speed no matter how high to put sensitivity
what if i stock these items... just so i can exchange them for high value gear for a low price and sell that exchanged item for a higher price is that still considered gear fear? or just me being asian🤣
