Man, those Fenestron tail rotors sound absolutely creepy. The 407 sounds badass!
They definitely have some eerie sounding features, especially on the AS365. The Bell 407 is certainly one of the greatest sounding choppers out there!

It’s hard to tell some of the helicopters by sound especially the EC145, as365, ec130 all sound very very similar
Awesome catches man! Those Fenestrons and The Rotor on that AS365 were AWESOME SOUNDING! Also the B407s and EC130s are badass.
Thank you! I am always excited to catch those but the AS365 is probably my favorite one to see. That fenestron and its thundering rotorblades really make it a remarkable sight!
Agreed! I used to Get AS365s, but I don't anymore. I usually get EC145s, B407s, Some EC135s, and BK117s. Nothing Beats the AS365 Dauphin.@@TheCornAviation

Yeah. Understandably, american fire truck sirens tend to sound quite eerie to foreigners.

@@jameshardie9914 Yup! Virtually all US fire engines use old fashioned manual sirens. I live close to a station so they're a pretty frequent noise around here.
