Driver door lock actuator not working. 2002, 10th Generation Crew Cab F 150 ~ Solved

Driver door lock actuator not working. 2002, 10th Generation Crew Cab F-150 ~ Actuator works when door is open all the way but stops working when door is shut just a little bit. The remote control does not work either. This is a common problem for this style truck. I reveal what the issue is in this video.
