- Today we gonna do a reaction to KZ Mandarin Song with Sleeping Masks | PAIN YOU NEVER KNEW.We are surprised by her Chinese Level . She is an amazing singer . We gonna do more videos next time. Also her new song "anak" is amazing too.

She learned mandarin in a little over a week. She translated it in English, then Tagalog, then her dialect - to understand the songs - then studied it phonetically - to do complete justice to the song and the Chinese people. I believe one thing that helps her sing in Mandarin very accurately, because she sings it by heart. She memorized each word by heart that’s why you can feel the emotion.

It’s nice to know that kz sang it properly in chinese. I’ve been wondering if she pronounced the words properly in chinese because mandarin is not an easy language to learn in such a short period of time. It only goes to prove that many people love Kz. Unfortunately, they based their winners from 500 people who voted in the show.

She learned mandarin song only. That's why she sang it properly.
It's easier to sing in Mandarin than to speak because their language is a tonal language
It's easier to sing in Mandarin than actually speaking it. The tonal rules are not used in singing.
KZ can definitely do a concert In China. China is a HUGE MARKET.
Actually her first appearance in that competition, she already had her concert when she sang her own rendition of the song entitled rolling in the deep by adele.
As for now 2020 she's moving her career westward and locally here in Philippines. She insists on composing and singing in Filipino it's where her comfort is. She even presents to the West in Filipino even if they don't understand lol she insists. The Chinese songs were for Singer competition, very special for that show

I totally get their reaction. I remember my Mandarin instructor telling me that speaking Chinese is like singing that is why she was able to capture the language. It will be different when you try to converse in Mandarin in a normal voice.

Great and fun reaction guys! The blindfold part was really a twist that highlights how good KZ was with the lyrics and delivery! I'm a tough hombre but i just can't help to shed a tear or two over this song as it also reminded me of a lost wasted love--and she was half Korean, half Chinese too! x(((
