It's kinda crazy how Mr P isn't like other Millionaires, he just lives out in a farm casually probably because of Mrs. P
Here is how I think the quest will go: Go to Distorted Holiday, collect the torches and light the barn on fire. Then it will shift you into the barn where Ms. P and Mr. P live.

I have an idea of how you could get skin: What if you had to somehow travel back in time within the game to be able to make sure Mrs. P doesn't get sick with the bacteria she had and so that Mr. P doesn't have to create a cure and that's why the infection wouldn't be caused?
I bet it be a new map to get the skin
Hear me out, to get to this place you will need to find a camera as well as a gun in the city, with the gun you would have to shoot the window with the silhouette of Ms.P and you could see Ms.P there, the new camera item would allow you take a picture of Ms. P and the camera would drop and the photo would come out of the camera then you go to plant and before you use the dynamite you will have to show the recent photo of Ms.P to prove Mr.P that’s she’s still out there even though she’s infected then we will trigger a flash back where we play as Mr.P and you will see a uninfected Ms.P being hostile towards Mr.P and chases him with a knife.
My theory that the quest for Mrs p will start in the barn and we have to get Mrs p to Mr p to like get the skin

No it will be like us going to a map and then prob step one of quest is getting teleported to barn. Not a new map. We have seen this in like the hidden ending

Yeah, I thought of it too. But for that they will have to completely redesign the map, and remade the end cutscene. So it will just be a new map, taking place in the same area, and in a new period
