Is airport management a part of cabin crew or ground staff or something ? Do we've to follow the same procedure to get selected for airport management system?
Actually I have done my course of customer service,travel and hospitality from Frankffin institute of airhostess training but on that time I was not 18 year old .as you said graduation is important for ground staff .after 2 months it will be done.
But my height is 52 and for that height should be 55 so how could I play? That why I thought first I will prepare for ground staff after that I will try for cabin crew on that airline where I will work.

It depends on the company. You can apply online for the location where you want to work and later you can mail them explaining the same.
