Also, at the time of checkin we can ask to make our luggage and boarding pass till layover airport and not till destination?
A passenger can exit the airport. If the flight time is more than 5 hours. But it happens only in Domestic sectors. For international you may need Visa

Yes you can go ahead for the airport manager. Salary is very less.
Starting salary is around 17-21k per month.

You may try it. But I would recommend you to be in cleaned shave. You can have a softer shave. Go to a barber before interview.
