Hi Ollie- I live at British Columbia White Rock and I was at San Felipe Dec. 2022. That White spotted dog that was playing on the beach in your video do you know who it belonged to. When I was their it was starving. I adopted it and have it at White Rock bc. I have often wondered who let it go or owned it. When I was there it was starving and know one owned it. Thanks

I was living in a trailer just behind your spot 30 years ago. San Felipe is great if you can stand the weather in summer. In winter is greater

I got there in December, so I don't know! My guess is not hard. Can't remember price, but very reasonable
