The best thing EVER- We moved away from friends and family. It’s the best thing we have done because we communicate so well and we can teach our own kids the way we want to without opinions. I just recommend it. You can always go back home. Also we have had a slower pace life than when we lived at home. So more quality time with your spouse.
Was coming to the comments to say ME TOO on this one and saw your comment!! With my first I didn’t lose the weight until I was done breastfeeding (still never got back to prebaby weight) and I was working out daily. On my second breastfeeding journey now and haven’t lost a pound while working out and eating right. It’s a process ❤ giving myself love for all the hard things I am doing but also grace for the fact that not losing this weight is hormonal and sort of out of my control! Our bodies are doing amazing things🫶🏻

about peeing, it's not that normal to pee everytime you laugh and etc.. you should do **pelvic floor exercise**, it helps A LOT! this exercise helps in other areas too...
You can surch on Google, but one of them is: know when you need to pee but you hold it? That contraction is one of the exercises: you can start contracting, holding for 20 seconds and then releasing - do this for 15min more or less. There are plenty of variations of this, I recommend you search for others @@toniavasseur9574
I didn't send my son to our public school because it was only half day, had been since ?, at least since my husband went in 1960. But after my husband passed away from cancer at 43 yrs young when our son was 4 years old, I re-evaluated. I called my kindergarten teacher, who was still teaching, did the testing she recommended. Found he wasn't ready, found a pre-k that was full day, and they had a great summer program too. Then are an accredited kindergarten program as well(so did that). And then he was ready, fully ready for full day 1st grade at our local public school! You decide for yourselves, but no child wins when they are not prepared for the full day of first grade! We do not live in a half day world either. If we are full time college students it is a full day, even sometimes night classes too! Work in the real world is an 8 hour shift unless we work part-time. Think about setting your children up for success. The older child in the family is not responsible for the younger child in the family throughout school years. Even often twins are separated and not in same class and in older grades not in same homeroom. Letting each child shine on their own is key and goal. They do come together when back at home. They will have their own peer group friends, etc.😊❤
This is the same frustration when going thru peri/menopause. Doesn’t matter what you do to try and keep the weight down, the hot flashes minimal, the energy levels good, this changes your body AGAIN and you have to learn another new normal. 😅😅😅
I’ve been working through a breakup. Found lo’s burst out of laughter really insensitive to the heartbreak shared by that woman. It really sucks when you love someone and they make a bunch of promises and then break that commitment. Heartbreak is really painful. Yes a child is involved now with that person’s ex & new relationship, but that doesn’t invalidate how they are hurting and the pain from that grief / past relationship
I know this is an older video and you might not see this but Lo, I want you to know that seeing you in Hawaii in your bikini and being like “holy crap she looks fantastic” 😍 it made me appreciate my body more. All I see online are tiny women, which are gorgeous too, but it’s sometimes hard to see that and knowing it’s not possible because that’s just not my body type. Anyways, thanks so much for being so body positive. You are helping my brain rewire and learn to love itself again!
I will say that peeing a little bit when you sneeze or jump on a trampoline can be common, but not normal. If it is a recurring issue that is bothering you, it might be worth it to get your pelvic floor checked by a pelvic floor therapist.
my oldest was the youngest going too school. never we t too prek or daycare . full time kindergarten at age 5. nothing wrong it made her a strong wpman
To the question about after baby weight just remember it took 9 months to grow your beautiful baby. 9 months of crazy hormones, food cravings, not exercising as much, not to mention your body changes to allow the birth of your baby. Oh I almost forgot your uterus has to shrink back to normal size. Some women it takes 3 + months for that alone. Your body may not go back to pre pregnancy shape. Take a year do it slow so you don’t hurt yourself long term. Speaking from a grandma who’s had 2 children. The 1st took 2 years. The second 6 months. My biggest advice is love that baby love yourself the rest will fall into place

Corn silk tea has many health benefits but one of them is improving bladder control as well as all-around bladder and kidney health. Look into it and make sure it won't interfere with medications. I always suggest speaking to a mtm pharmacist or your doctor. In this case, especially do so because corn silk tea can interfere with some medications and cause you to lose potassium which can be dangerous.
Crazy how the age range to start kindergarten is so different. My little guy has a November birthday and he started school when he was still 3! So here’s my little 3 year old starting kindergarten with kids who are between 3-5 depending on when their birthday falls He adjusted after a few weeks and he did fine but it was definitely hard sending him!

Breastfeeding either makes you lose weight or some people gain weight. I’m a gainer. Breastfeeding my 5th right now currently and it’s tough I do not lose the weight until full weaning
My boys would rarely want to go with their dad or me without the their brother. No alone time here especially my eldest. My husband went to the store alone a handful of times during our marriage. It was for hamburger, buns and chis for a party. I never felt like asking him, he never cleaned except for a party and never cooked unless it was grilling. So he did cars, garbage and mowing. Times have changed.

As someone who’s grown up with a very large chest, I have dreamt of a reduction as long as I can remember. I envied others, while they envied mine haha. Recently lost 40 lbs, I’m still a G at 155 lbs. Wardrobes limited as strapless bras don’t flatter whatsoever. Too much weight to be feasible😂 Other girls look stunning in tanks etc, if I wear them, it’s just too revealing. Even still at 37, I would give anything to afford a reduction. I say all this to explain that no one knows what they don’t know/have. Others may say don’t do it. They will never understand. You will still be stunning no matter your size. I promise♥️

As someone who’s been trying to get a house or even rent a bigger house for years now, since we are in a 2 bedroom one bath 700 square foot place housing 4 people, I haven’t had a bedroom in 7 years so that both my kids can have their own rooms. This place is so old and ready to be knocked down, it’s so so sad and wild that as of right now… you literally have two houses!! It happens after you give birth but it can be corrected the physical therapy but you need a therapist that specializes in pelvis floor. It also help if you have constant bladder infections
So you know how in some states, if a woman is married and needs a hysterectomy, they require the husband’s consent 😳, I wonder if that applies for breast reductions?!?😳 It’s truly concerning how some states control women 😣 Fortunately I live in California though!😏💙💕
My Dad owned property in Arkansas. When he died, my sister and I had to have our husbands sign the quit claim deed when we sold it. But our brothers' wives didn't have to sign it.
Borrowing underwear eww, I’m in my sixties and I’d go commando before wearing anyone else’s underwear, panties, drawers etc. I was a nurse all my life and I even wash new underwear before I put it on my body that goes for swimsuits too !!! Eww!

Sarah & Lo, Pee! It’s not normal to pee when you sneeze, cough, or exercise. Ladies if you’re having that problem see a physical therapist who specializes in women’s urinary health. They can teach you pelvic floor exercises. Some women pelvic floor is too tight or too loose. They have different exercises for each. If you have constant bladder infections it could help that too. Ladies be your own advocate don’t settle for doctors / advertisers telling you it’s normal because it’s not.
I cut out my family My dad died she trying to fight me in the driveway I haven’t talked to them in like 15 years and I don’t want to and we do have parties for the kids one of them to show up and she wants to fight

Well, Lo provided a very good insight although from a different context: you have to make it work especially if it's family. Breast feeding made me LOSE weight and I ate so much! I’d say just listen to your body and feed it and don’t worry and slowly over time it’ll adjust
Breastfeeding did the same to me! I ended up severely underweight 😅 it quite literally sucked the life out of me lol

Sarah & Lo, Pee! It’s not normal to pee when you sneeze, cough, or exercise. Ladies if you’re having that problem see a physical therapist who specializes in women’s urinary health. They can teach you pelvic floor exercises. Some women pelvic floor is too tight or too loose. They have different exercises for each. If you have constant bladder infections it could help that too. Ladies be your own advocate don’t settle for doctors / advertisers telling you it’s normal because it’s not.

Lo is so patient with Sarah. At this point, it seems like this pod is Sarah's therapy session. Well, Lo provided a very good insight although from a different context: you have to make it work especially if it's family. I just wish Sarah were a better communicator and would not constantly talk over or cut Lo off. That's my vent.
