I skipped through the 50 minutes thinking that a) there would be a cost breakdown like other previous videos and b) desperately skipping through the content that has already been covered in the other 6 videos about this. Another long video showing the before/after montage with the exact same footage of the open house before? Bored.
I think the single biggest item is to buy cheap, all the rest is pretty standard. Can you go into more details on how you find, evaluate, and budget on these
I'm a bit disappointed that this was another before and after video.. Doesn't feel like I gotta anything new here.. I'd rather have watched only this rather than all the constipated parts prior. Please Steve don't lose your way - we want regular and meaningful videos.. Where was the budget outline? The behind the scenes info? Etc?
Have to agree it was stunning work but with no cost breakdowns etc the video is more like a before and after. I understand maybe you want to conceal full details for competition that’s fine but give estimates as you have marketed the people who did the work anyway 🙏

But this was the first video of yours I watched and using click baity titles which indicate a massive profit is shady! You aren't using bake brigades but established companies so the reno cost would easily have been between R600k-R900k
