In my opinion it was a very helpful videos moving forward I think we can do excellent videos as well while removing a background music to focus more on an actual final interview.
No.1 rule in interviews, try to research every questions out there. 2nd you have to practice , practice ,practice or look for someone who could help you by questioning you to improve ones communication and improve ones confidence. 3rd never be nervous or make sure you eat before having your interview, its really hard to black out during interview ( I know, I've had experienced it before, it wasn't pleasant.) 4th trust yourself. Also, I remember in 2015, where I conduct my 1st interview and I was saying Ummmm.. for 10 seconds and started to black out.

even though i dont have any experience in BPO i did my research about this industry before I apply here and i learned that its all about customer service providing quality customer service to any customer it can be an offshore or onshore it depends on the client i also learned about the difference between inbound and outbound. In inbound the customer service representative needs to receive a call from the customer and then about the outbound giving a call to the customer it can be outgoing calls or colld calling generally its all about sales account are doing the outbound calls.
Now, I know what BPO means. It makes me more nervous to my incoming final interview and the mock call. Good thing, it's a perfect timing that I take some research for me to have an ideas for mock call since it's my first BPO. This vid is very helpful for me soon. Naipasa ko nang sunod-sunod yung assessment to the point na di na pina-take sakin lahat. Diretso final interview and mock call na. Inendorse ako sa Disney+ but unfortunately di ko naipasa yung final interview HAHAHAHAHA. Ngayon, na-reprofile ako sa technical support. Interview ko ulit sa Monday. 😆

Then pagdating ko don, nagtataka sila bakit may assessment ulit ako, e ang tataas na daw nung mga nakuha kong scores. So sabi nung ate na nag-aassisst sa assessment, sumunod daw ako sa kanya. Then may mga kinausap siya na sinabi niya na natapos ko na daw final interview ko. Tapos vinerify nila and nakapasa na pala ko HAHAHAHAAHHA. Tapos pinag-wait lang ako saglit then may tumawag na sakin for job offer. Nagulat ako kasi expected ko na may mock call pa pero wala na pala. Tapos ayon, inaayos ko na mga SSS, PAGIBIG, etc. Then sa June 24 start ng training namin haha.

So in VXI they provided the scripts for call simulation right? I actually applied in other call center but sadly did not pass the mock call simulation bcoz they are not providing the script and since I don't have any work experience in call center ,I did not answer clearly the mock call simulation. So the result is Failed .

Feedback: Eye to eye contact is important. Not sincere with his answers, during mock call he missed to do the Verification process. He only asked for the name of the caller and account number. Agent failed to apologized when caller mentioned her frustrations about the bill. Overall: Failed.
This is why I'm not too fond of a call center job. They ask too many questions even if you don't have experience yet. For Newby, they need training, not a "hot seat". Where does Newby get all of that strength for a mock call scenario?
People that want to apply as call centers would research ahead so that they will be prepared for the interview. Yes, no need to have experience in some BPO company but everyone is still capable of preparing. Interview questions are very important so they can assess whether you are fit for the job. Some may feel they're like on a "hot seat" especially if they did not prepare for that interview.
@@riyang1705A job interview in the Philippines is ridiculous. Salaries are not even competitive. I mean, you came prepared for a job interview, and you spent hours and hours for that job or company. It costs you time and money. But, at the end of it all, you still fail because you're not that expressive of your thoughts. Can't spit what's on your mind because it's your first time. Then they expect everyone to be as good as an experienced one? Cmon.. I know I'm not the only one here who is aware of that. Ridiculous.. Direct abroad clients don't even interview like that, plus with competitive pay.

Some call centers doesn't really provide a script but they sometimes provide at least a call flow so their agents can have a guide on how to handle the customer's concern. This is why I'm not too fond of a call center job. They ask too many questions even if you don't have experience yet. For Newby, they need training, not a "hot seat". Where does Newby get all of that strength for a mock call scenario?
People that want to apply as call centers would research ahead so that they will be prepared for the interview. Yes, no need to have experience in some BPO company but everyone is still capable of preparing. Interview questions are very important so they can assess whether you are fit for the job. Some may feel they're like on a "hot seat" especially if they did not prepare for that interview.
@@riyang1705A job interview in the Philippines is ridiculous. Salaries are not even competitive. I mean, you came prepared for a job interview, and you spent hours and hours for that job or company. It costs you time and money. But, at the end of it all, you still fail because you're not that expressive of your thoughts. Can't spit what's on your mind because it's your first time. Then they expect everyone to be as good as an experienced one? Cmon.. I know I'm not the only one here who is aware of that. Ridiculous.. Direct abroad clients don't even interview like that, plus with competitive pay.

May script pala pag nag mock call, grabe namn yung inaaplyan ko last week after inask background ko pinag mock call ako agad about Telco accounts w/o script , ayun ligwak tuloy🥺 nakaka trauma knowing I'm a first timer kala ko lahat ganun ang ways ng pag iinterview.
Some call centers doesn't really provide a script but they sometimes provide at least a call flow so their agents can have a guide on how to handle the customer's concern.
