  • GMC Canyon 2015 - Taking a look at the Stabilitrak ABS traction control system. This system is designed to help keep your car in control while driving in bad weather, and during an emergency stop condition.
This Stabilitrak system features a light that will notify you when the system is activated, or needs to be serviced so you can stay in control even in difficult conditions. Be sure to check out this video, if your service lights come on

Hi Will, thanks for the videos, I appreciate you taking the time to share.
If you're deciding whether to upgrade the Autel or not.
For around the same money or less I would highly recommend buying a Thinktool Pros or Pros+, or a Launch X431-V+ or above, both are excellent value for money and extremely capable tools.
I would say I find the Thinktool Pros is the better scanner overall, but the Launch is also a fully functional Android tablet with bluetooth, wifi and internet capability etc.
The Thinktool is not Android capable, it's just a scan tool tablet with no way to connect to the internet, so not equipped to email scan reports to yourself or customers etc, which is a handy feature the Launch is capable of, not to mention watching RUclips and visiting DR Google, Ebay, Amazon, Aliexpress etc😁👍

Thank you for the compliment! I agree it’s like a lick and stick strip they used. Cheap design

Awesome work! I take it the tone ring has to be sensitive so the vehicle knows when to use 4wd and ABS? How does it work, magnetics?

Thank you man! Yup your exactly right. It’s a safety device that needs to be precise or it won’t work at all.

I would get another scan tool for the cost of the upgrade. Might be able to get one with more features.

great work man ! Easy way to pop loose a stuck hub is put a ratchet extension up against the hub and the steering assembly and turn the steering wheel works every time .. 👍👍

Nice work, Will. I bought a new S-O Modis Edge in 2017. It's served me well, but hasn't been updated since 2018. It's ~$1200 for an update. Everything I own newer than that is still under warranty, but when the time comes they aren't and something breaks, I'll have to make the same decision. It's been an excellent tool, so I'll probably just update it. But we'll see what's available on the market at that time. Glad you're back!

I’m new today. I found you through your Ford Flex water pump video which must have been about 6 years ago. I just had mine replaced and wanted to watch someone do the job. Congratulations on the growth you’ve had from hard work. I’m going to look through your work and play catch up. You are one of the rare mechanics who care, really care. I Watch everything from Eric at South Main Auto and Wes from Watch Wes Work, because those two guys care, they are fine mechanics, and really know their material. Looking forward to whatever is coming next. Best Regards
