Edd was a popular animator who had worked together with tom for quite a while. Go watch the show Eddsworld here on RUclips, It's pretty good. Unfortunately, Edd died a few years ago of leukemia if I recall correctly.

if you didn’t watch these back then, you won’t understand the culture 😩 walking up to your friend in school, and literally telling them “i am your sandwich” only to have them understand EXACTLY what you mean. dying of laughter whenever that one quirky kid in class said “i like trains”. can you imagine the look on our teachers faces like, wtf are these kids talking about? 😂 man… good memories. this was top-tier humor in school and still holds up to this day. my few favorite skits here i actually still remembered the lines to! thanks for the nostalgia and the serotonin 🥺

The running gags and brick jokes always age like a fine wine throughout the series, which is pretty outstanding considering the short length of these videos. This video has impeccable comedic timing, clever writing, simple yet effective animation, and excellent voice acting; it is easily most iconic comedy RUclips video, in my opinion.
Also, as a side note, if you play the video slowly at around 0:23, you can see that it takes 3 frames for the potato to draw out his pistol, and the pistol is only drawn at three different angles. There is also a frame before and after those frames where the potato adjusts its arm. Pretty good reminder to all of us amateur animators out there that NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS A DANG TWEEN!

Hello, this is Professor Quake West here for another dose of Asdf lore!
This episode is BIG guys!!
It is giving much more evidence of where power sits in this universe and the interactions by human and non-human creatures possible. First off, the potato in the first episode that unfortunately made its end is able to come back in this episode, implying a large network of potatoes and their families in this world. They seem to have a capacity for feeling the need to get revenge, given the potato in this video avenging his brethren, showing that more human concepts over time have matured and growed significantly in no humans since the last episode( where the tree guy is the source of most of these sentient nonhuman objects)
Next, we are introduced to quite possibly the biggest revelation of this entire series, the I like trains kid.
Now you might be wondering, what does he have to do with all of this ecosystem talk?
Oh he has SO much to do with everything presented here. We are shown that he has the power to manipulate trains to move and appear beside him at his will. Although he is hit by the train most of the time he uses his ability, he ends up alright later. This can explained in short that he is the child of two people with above average metal in their genome, creating a superhuman(almost godlike) person can wield these metal properties in any way he chooses.
This is solely based off my assumption that if certain items like parking meters (first episode) were sentient before tree man arrived, there is a long family tree of metal items and machines that has continued on for millennia. Yes, I know this sounds weird with the implication that these metal objects can reproduce, but it explains why certain people in this world have the metal in the genome and thus the capacity to create super humans like that Train Kid.
On a smaller subject of lore, one guy in the video tells the other that the word gullible is on the ceiling, causing the other one frustration. This bullying continues on in the episode, with the one guy asking the other who’s gay, with a random response from the other.
Little does the victim know that his bully is actually gay!
Last but not least, a future big player in the narrative of these videos is introduced. Desmond the Moon Bear, the first of natural creatures shown to be off the Earth. This shows that not only are material goods evolving, but animals are as well ( the humans better catch UP!!!)
