@@AwkaSouthnaahhh.. the brits inter-married when the colonised Nigeria… yes many marriages are within the tribe, but it’s simply not true to say these marriages don’t happen.

Marriage encompasses more than just love. In my view, marriage transcends tribal, ethnic, linguistic, and color boundaries. It is a sacred union between two unique individuals who have discovered a special bond, rooted in shared interests, love, and a mutual willingness to commit to one another, letting go of all others. This union is built on a foundation of trust, understanding, and mutual respect, where two people come together to form a lifelong partnership.
It’s good to stand for what you believe in hundred percent. As a muslim, I would not trade my religion for marriage too. There is nothing bad about holding firm onto your beliefs 🤝🏾
He didn't become muslim because of marriage, nor did he become muslim in order to marry a muslim woman. Did you watch or listen to him speaking? He had already converted to Islam before meeting the lady. I think what you people can't swallow is an Igbo man becoming a muslim.

Intertribal marriage is the best but is for the lion 🦁 hearted am a full blooded Igbo man but married to a wonderful Yoruba woman we are best of friends and love each other so much she’s the best thing that has happened to me because she’s exceptional in all her ways I will still marry her after here on earth if there’s another life after here on earth.
Yorubas are always like the intermediary between all the major tribes in Nigeria. Yorubas are the most tolerance and the most peaceful. Yorubas can easily marry an Hausa or Igbo with less issues, but an Hausa and Igbo marriage is always a big issue. Yorubas are religious tolerance also. In a typical Yoruba family of 6, it is very possible for 3 of them to be a practicing muslims and the other 3 devoted christians and they will leave peacefully. I am a Yoruba christian who got married to a Yorubas muslim and my wife still practices Islam and sometimes i join her, and she sometimes go to church with me especially on special days and New Years eve. We have been happily married-for 6 years. My father in-law is a great man and he likes to confide in me even more than his other son in-law who's a muslim. He always acknowledged me as a good hearted person bcuz I didnt stop his daughter from practicing her religion, and also how much love have displayed over the years.
