@@thechairmangames in a way it’s kinda balanced. You have to directly own territory in Hungary and Poland so if they are junior partners you are unable to form them until integration. And by that time it’s late game and you already won anyways.
Great Moravia is a weird example of a formable with no end-game tag restrictions, like Rome, the HRE, or Hawai'i. So long as you were EVER Moravia or Nitra (or Bohemia after completing the "Reforge Great Moravia" mission), Great Moravia remains possible to form, even after culture-switching and/or forming a different nation like Germany, the Commonwealth, or even the Roman Empire. Anything EXCEPT the HRE, for some reason. Certainly useful if you want a better mission tree or other modifiers to work with while keeping Great Moravian ideas into the late game.
Under any circumstances, dont show this video to your Hungarian friend, can cause severe brain damage and unstopable rant about Magyar history. Procced with caution.
It says (roughly) "Is (Moravia / Nitra / Great Moravia)" in the conditions. Maybe it should have something on starting as one of the tags, although that is technically not possible directly. I don't really know how they would fix it (maybe a "Was (Moravia / Nitra)" condition?)
I also got this achievement as Bohemia. Wasn’t really planning on it, just wanted to form GM and then I got the notification. I would say it’s a bug, but I’ll take it.
That league war was brutal for your country! Also felt like every war you were having to fight was at least 100k on both sides so good work getting this achievement done!
Do think it's probably easier to start as Nitra instead. The Independence War against Hungary is easier, you can even sometimes get Ottomans as a supporter. Then, you're small enough to join the HRE too to start attacking Bohemia. You also start with the Gold mine.

You can form great Moravia and get the achievement as Bohemia, probably a bug but i still earned the achievement after forming the great Moravia

The best idea group for Hussite in HRE is Espionage. It lowers AE and gives extra siege power.
