    About that warning message at the end of the video: is that because of risks of spine injuries or damaging the machine?

      Hi Andrendnz,
      Reasonable care must always be taken when performing any exercise to protect yourself (and furthermore your spine). The disclaimer does not concern damaging the machines.

    Do i will lose arm weight ??? And when it shows the results if i will do every day one hourr plz answer

      Dan Dewhirst sorry for my Bad english but what i meant does cross trainer helps me to lose arm fat?

      Manal Mansouri No problem at all Manal, thank you for clearing that up for me.
      The cross-trainer can help you burn calories throughout your body which in turn promotes weight lose. However it's important to note that weight lose is not "spot specific" -- by that i mean, just because you are bending the arm during the motion, does not mean you will necessarily be loosing fat from around the arm -- rather you will lose fat first from where you have most recently put the fat on (and then work backwards accordingly).
      I hope that has help shed some light on the situation.

    I usually never comment below youtube videos. I was just looking for a video on a cross trainer and I saw you. You look amazing, perfect body, beautiful arms, fantastic accent and extremely handsome and beautiful hair. Sometimes genetic really gives everything. A British accent and also funny. Your are freaking hot man!!!!

      Dan Dewhirst No I am not too kind, it is just the truth. you have style! Yes, I enjoyed the video. I started recently to introduce the cross trainer to interval my running training. Great way to reduce the high impact on the joints.
