    spears bend, food rots, shields shatter, and wagons break. " What is happening all hell broke lose as soon as we entered this damned province" says the invading general.* meanwhile* in the local settlement stands the local priest screaming to the sky " WOLOLO LOLOL OOLOLO"

    Great video as always Commissar
    Hint: You should use axe units to break the gate in the future. If they're using the same Attila engine, then that mechanic should still be in place

    You have a huge enemy transport-fleet at Chercherbi. A small city north at the coast of your capitol.

    army name: the immortals of Ragnar
    reason: the whole campaign is based on attempting to achieve Ragnar's goals so calling an army "the immortals of Ragnar" may imply that they are the reincarnated soldiers of Ranger or some thing along those lines(you can easily apply many meanings to this name)
    also the immortals was the name given by Herodotus to the elite Persian heavy infantry unit, so another historical angle.

    Have you ever read any books by Bernard Cornwell? He’s a real good historical fiction author who did a hell of a series on this time in Britain. I would def recommend and also it would help with pronunciation of the certain names. There is also a tv series called “The Last Kingdom” that you can find on netflix/hulu

    England Viking Lore Idea:
    Discuss Canute the Great / Knut the Great.
    He was the founder of the brief North Sea Empire, which spanned England, Denmark, and Norway. Pretty cool dude!

    Cnut (pronnounced canute) was a total badass in RL. you should promote him to heir right away.

      Wait is that Cnut the Great then?

    • @Halloyaw11
      @Halloyaw11 6 лет назад +1

      No, that Cnut was born centuries later. Cnut of Northumbria has like nothing written about him afaik, though the Cnut character in the Eddas is identified with him.
