    hi sir, does the cell delay in the “report delay caculation ” is nominal delay, the value is from look up table in lib?

    how LVF file is different from .LIB file ? .LIB FILE ALSO CONTAINS CELL DELAY LUT WITH INPUT TRANS AND OUTPUT LOAD , THEN HOW IS LVF DIFFERENT FROM IT

      Nominal Value is calculated from library delay table by considering input transition of the pin and output load of the pin.
