    John, just did run across this channel! I didn’t know you had this, I’ve been a subscriber to Man Cave for years!! I learned from you when you were first using the Acorn!!!! So I bought one, now I’m looking at a Kamado Joe as my loved Acorn is finally surcoming to rust!!! Thanks for all your videos through the years, an so glad I found your new channel!!!!!!!     It looks good, but not sure i'd call it poor man's burnt ends. I usually associate that with chuck roast burnt ends. It's more like BBQ hotdogs. Either way, looks good to eat.

      It's 'poor man's burnt ends' in terms of cost. I dunno how chuck became 'poor man's' anything. It costs way more than brisket... lol
