Im curious what Chinese food in Australia is like? Here in the usa chinese food is americanized chinese food. I assume its similar to Australia? Anywhere you gomin the usa the menu is exactly the same and they taste almsot identical no matter where you go.
Tbh when I went to AU the Chinese restaurants are mostly opened by Chinese people and it quite authentic! Also the Cantonese food in AU even tastes better compared to my those in my province now caz they are opened by really Cantonese ppl😂😂

Theres a cool documentary about this one Netflix called "General Tsaos chicken". When Chinese immigrate theirs a local group that helps them start business and teach them how to be successful in America. Which is why the menu is identical from coast to coast.
