Mango most likely did a turn around platform cancel dair. An instant shield drop might have happened as well.
Its definitely the first one.
I think he actually mightve missed an input there. I think he was trying to go for run off dair on the side platform and was holding in so he would land by the ledge and not do the dair offstage, but because he inputted the "hold in" a little too early, he did a walk-off pivot off the platform before the dair and then it platform-canceled because of the weird positioning of the front of the dair being above the platform. You can tell by the missed l-cancel he planned to land right above the ledge and the result was unexpected.

Ok you still can't drop through the platform while dashing so that can't really be it completely. Obviously it's a plat cancelled dair, the question is how did he pivot drop through
