    Great workout! Thanks for providing these Denise Austin workouts! I have been watching Diane in Denmark on some of her Friday RUclips videos with the title weekly planning self-care, she gives four self-care assignments/ideas that one can choose from for the week like try new recipe and new exercise/workout routine.

    Great workout 💪 ❤ doing the side lift using the dumbbell to help with upper back. ❤️👍🙂💪
