    I love the comment on ‘don’t panic’ it’s so easy to focus on others and panic train but this shows us that staying in your lane and your training plan and focus on the long game is the most effective sustainable strategy. Thanks as always for the positive motivation 👏

    I started CrossFit official at the end of last year. Been lifting for sports specific for years. My main sport is BJJ.

    Excited to watch this journey back to the games! When doing a workout (AMRAP for example) that contains a cardio intense such as running and then following with a heavy power lift such as a power clean how do you control your heart rate from cardio to the lift?

    I weigh 103kg and am 1.7m tall or short actually. My pot bell is going to cause health issues as I age so I need it gone and I have set myself the end of the year to get it gone but really also to get into amazing and healthy shape. In order for that to be gone I need to reduce my body fat, which is 33-36% I can't remember exactly, by 20-23kg so basically I need to weigh under 80kg by the end of the year.
    I don't plan on doing anything extraordinary for it, manage my diet better and work out 4-5 times a week, 30 minutes of cardio(that involves no running despite it really being the best kind to do) 45 minutes of strength(comprised mainly of deadlifting, squats and bench pressing predominantly with a bar)
    Should be an interesting time in my life but more interesting in my wife's life
