agreed you have to take into account the cost of venues and all the other stuff it takes to put on a show, it's not something people normally think about but the costs do add up

i really don't consider the casualties sellouts. i think a sellout is punk bands that come out on tv or mtv thats a big sell out example : RANCID came out on mtv ...... to me they are considerd sell out but thats just me

when you start making money, having manegers, go to the mtv music awards, and all that mainstream shit, you're a sellout and not "real" punk. but that does not mean that they don't make good music. i wont try to deside whats good music but punk is against mainstream, commercialism, and capitalism.
