- With Pancake Tuesday approaching, here's my attempt at pancakes, using the Ridgemonkey, filmed last week at Somers Wood.

I want pancakes now!
I would've used less oil, and used a piece of kitchen towel to wipe the oil around the pan. Then when pouring the batter out, swirl the pan to spread it out. That way it'll be thin.

I. Am always the back of the queue at home for cakes, fresh baked roll etc., but pancakes, always the first for me. Says it all.😂 Anyway, it’s not right, just not right, pancakes are round.

LOL! "Flippin" cheating there Bob using the Ridgemonkey! Not a big fan of pancakes ourselves though but I admit that pan is ideal for the purpose if you get the cooking right 👍
