They don't contain lactose eg piriteze you can also get an antihistamine slow release injection which would Last the summer period 😘 ps Peter Andre has a reality series on RUclips during lockdown with his wife and family it's on The Sun RUclips channel (I know it's an awful newspaper but the series is actually quite good!)

Cooking is a bit of a crazy experiment...I once made "beer flapjacks" with the oats soaked in Bitter and then strained and left to dry out before using them with the rest of the ingredients...adds a different taste to the mix.
I'm 100% going to try the date snicker thing! Also when you brought up the teaspoon/cup error all I could think was if that was in Bake Off it would have been one of those classic moments 😂 (I know that recipe wasn't baking but you know what I mean)

With the normal plain tapioca boba you need to soak in brown sugar syrup that probably why when you tried the boba tea mix before you didn't like the plain boba.
I love peanut butter and dates so those would be delicious for sure. Have also made vegan cheese cake with those ingredients, and power balls so yeah great ingredient combo

It looks like a lot of sodium alginate in that powerade. It also looks like the drink is cold, which would make it gel. But it could also be the powerade that made the sodium alginate gel. I looked up the ingredients and powerade has calcium chloride as part of the electrolytes!
Grace why don't you try the cups with a melted bournville bars? I reckon that would do it you know cause it's so creamy despite being vegan soi you can eat then too☺️
i’m allergic to milk as well and i don’t have the hay fever tablets but i can take the piriton/piriteze syrup for kids and it works pretty well - personally it does make me really drowsy but the tablets used to do that to me anyway (:

She's actually allergic to dairy. So for example, it doesn't matter if some cows milk is made lactose free, she still can't consume it.

The powerade turned to gel because it has calcium chloride in it! Which is another chemical that reacts with the alginate to form a gel! 😁
