Kelis xo I’ve done a tiny amount of research just there lol, I think the difference is that lactose intolerance means you can’t digest lactose, the sugar in milk, but dairy allergy/intolerance means your body has a negative reaction to the proteins in most dairy products, I think the symptoms are quite similar, but with dairy allergy/intolerance you could also break out in rashes, hives and swelling etc ❤️

Donna Shields I am in Oklahoma. Our governor has chosen to pretend that we are doing great. Opened us up back to soon and refuses to wear a mask. He was the first governor to test positive as well. He’s recovered now and wasn’t all that sick. Covid continues to rip through our nursing homes and community spread is terrible. It’s scary!

I'm going to England for 6 months as part of my university coursework (I'm from Ireland) and the actual stress of finding where I need to go and all the traveling and navigation I'll need is unreal 😂😂 Ireland is tiny and we don't really have a tube, so it'll definitely be an adventure because I have 0% sense of direction 😂😂😂

I lived 30 minutes south of Glasgow and only went to London twice in my life, once for my medical exam for immigration and one for my visa interview. Both times I didn't even have time for sightseeing as they both took forever and I had to get the bus back to the airport :(
