- In this video I do a complete walkthrough of my 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 HD Cummins. The HD just uses different front end comments, compared to the non-hd. Total in TRUCK $16,090.42 is it worth it, that is subjective, who knows what the fair cash value of the truck is on the market. I know I would not take less than $20,000. But would it ever get that, probably NOT. So be aware how much you might have to put into a truck to make Horsepower. I bet the rear wheel HP is only 400 tops.

Might wanna look into a quadzilla. U can custom tune them u can't tune a edge comp. I can't remember if u can control the low boost fueling on the edge comp but if can turn it down some
I was thinking about getting a quadzilla, but I haven’t seen something that shows the exact benefits from it compared to the edge comp box. I think maybe it might be just less smoke? Also, no one around me will dyno and tune the truck. What is the benefit of turning down the low boost?
Low boost fueling is where it continues to shove fuel with low boost. Turn it down and u will see less smoke.
@@danielcrumbley5393 okay. Thank for letting me know.
Any headbolt work?
And I say this because you said it'll get 50psi. Quite a lot for stock headbolts, in about to get a super 9 as well, but worried about that amount of pressure.
Yes, it has head bolts. And you are correct , I would not recommend that type of pressure without head bolts.
@@WheelsGunsShoes Thanks, I just didn't read that you mentioned head studs. Thanks for the response, I'll get some ordered. Currently on back order though.
