- Do you want to learn English at a farmers market? Come with me for this outdoor class at my local market and I'll help you learn over 25 English words and phrases that we use when shopping at the market.

Each week Jen and I go to our local market to sell our flowers. This past week while we were there I decided to make an English lesson. It was fun to think of all the vocabulary that I could teach you at this market.
In this English lesson you'll learn words and phrases like: vendor, canopy, herbicide, organic, customer, tent, stand, stall, booth, farmers market, flea market, produce, empanada, pierogi, samosa, shade, balloon animal, clown, fruits, vegetables, and more!

Very nice lesson!
This farmers market looks like a nice place to hung out on weekends. There are different sorts of food you can buy and everyone is so friendly. In China we used to buy in season vegetables, fruit, pork, beef and others in the farmers market nearby in everyday morning for the all day cookings.

That very like farmer‘s market or flower market in weekend at Taiwan.Such as flower market at HsinChu, there very booths sales many different kinds of flowers and some booths will sale Taiwanese snack food like pig blood cake,滷味,bake bird eggs,fried food.

It looks very much like my town's farm market where local producers come every weekend during the summer to sell their produce. Where I live,in Sinaia, in Romania the vendors also offer a large range of cheese, ham , sausages , wine and even artisan soap. There are only organic products, very tasty and healthy. Thanks for the video and for allowing us to have a glimps of Jane's canopy!

Bob what I like about your videos is see the building’s architecture, is quite different than we see in Brazil. I like both but the buildings in your city have a charm.

It was fun to make, but also a bit overwhelming. I don't often film with lots of people around. I made sure to ask each vendor's permission before I hit record, but for the customers I just figured they wouldn't mind. In Canada you can take pictures and film in public as long as you aren't capturing personal information like names, or conversations. I think I followed the rules for the most part! 😎🌻👍
