Really excited! Looks interesting; and with Peter Jackon presenting the film... it should have some continuity with 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy and an extension of J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium. "Ring" it on! 🙂🍿
Animation has always gone well with LOTR, if you wanted a more whimsical story like the old Hobbit movies, or a grittier but still fantastical depiction in a very elegant style - similar to say the Castlvania series - you have this. This looks pretty great to me, very much like the style they've gone with. Not too animey, but just enough to look striking, Hera seems like a cool protagonist that doesnt contradict any lore.
I'd love an animated Hobbit movie in the style of Tolkien's paintings. Or an animated Lord of the Rings in the style of Alan Lee or Ted Nasmith's paintings.
An AI voice would be helpful for those of us multitasking.
Yeah I've been considering using voiceover for these longer "non-daily" videos

And Philippa Boyens also worked on the story with her daughter
