My wife and I will be spending 5 days in Sciacca in February 2023. Both sets of my maternal great-grandparents immigrated from Sciacca to the North End of Boston via NY between 1902 and 1904. We can't wait!!

My grandfather Gelardi and grandma Dimino left Sciacca in the last 1800’s and migrated to San Francisco USA . He was a crab fisherman in SF and had 10 children.
