I have the solid black nato strap, and I much prefer the yellow stripe. Looks much better imo. Unfortunately the hole I usually use stretched and it’s now a floppy watch again. Wasn’t expecting that from a $170 watch strap. Could have bought several Casios 😩
real question is how many watches does the dude have lol
Try using hair dryer on boots to heat them up before applying any water proofing. It will absorb better. Also after washing the laces, dry them and apply just a tad of water proofing to the laces.
I used to shoeshine in NYC as a kid and I'm a watch Geek now so thanks for the wrist check, but I gotta say a Tudor watch on a shoe shiners pay ... THAT'S A LOT O' SHINES!

Those boots have seen better days, but this day was clearly their BEST day since being made. Now they're looking good.
Ok so i see the first 5 seconds then go all the way to the end to see the final product, then go back to beginning set my phone on low luminescence turn it screen down, and the volume to mid range then fall asleep.

Can someone explain the point of the scraping of the shoes after the soap? Is he scraping off wax or is actually taking a layer of leather? But still why is that necessary?
My guess is that it's to shave off frayed leather fibers at places of abrasion. You can't get a smooth shine if the leather is too roughed.

I’ve never had this done. Always did it myself I’ve been wearing custom lace up boots with the logger style bottoms for 15+ years now What does this cost ? I use regular boot oil for leather and then in the winter time I use mink oil for conditioner and water proofing. Usually lasts a month or two. During the summer at least once a month I oil boots. Both oroducts are around $15 a piece.

Re laces- what are you spraying into the bag and what liquids do u add to remove oil and grease?
Aren’t you just essentially thinning out the leather as you scrape it in essence shortening the life of the boot anyways
