That is a gorgeous 1300 my friend. I have an 07 1300 c that I customized and its amazing how many people love looking at my Honda. I also own a 2008 750 shadow A, that I've done some extreme customization to both frame and looks. Im almost done building it. My final bike is a 2018 Harley soft tail slim, its a great bike but I honestly ride my 1300 more. Im actually thinking about selling the Harley and trying to find a low mile vtx 1800. I love all motorcycles and I've owned pretty much every style and brand known to man...lol. I use to race sport bikes as a young man. I bought my 1300c for 2000 dollars off of Craigslist. It had just under 2000 original miles and was in prestine condition (still is ). I bought it only after being online for 5 minutes for sale. By the time I got to the guys house there was 2 other people waiting to see if I was going to buy it on his property, and another man offering 3000 if he'd sell it to him. Luckily the seller was a good guy and I ended up with it for 2 grand. I bought because it was cheap to resell, and I ended up keeping it because I love it.
I always spray wax everything on my bike with good micro fiber towels because I never spray water especially from high pressure systems. Vance and Hines have been the best sounding pipes I’ve heard in person
I love how we all are different, to me a custom is a drag set up but if you want you can make cruiser in which it’s what a retro design is but looks good even tho I’m different I enjoy seeing others inspiration:)
WOW, BEAUTIFUL BIKE. The only thing I would SAY IS WATCH your keys so they don't scrape that chrome covering below. Other than that an awesome job keeping a 2004 VTX1300c looking amazing.
People always making comments Honda vs Harley that is stupid. Facts are there both good bikes. Iv owned several of each. The only thing that I can add is the Harley cost more when purchasing and maintenance. I myself like riding over spending money.
Beautiful bike, well maintained.👌 I'm looking into the VTX 1300 or 1100 as a next step up to my current motorcycle. Thank you for sharing this video about your VTX 1300C. Ride safe👍
I guarantee you whoever buys that bike won't have any trouble for ten or fifteen years Just Brakes tires and oil change is all you will have to do and maybe change the shaft oil very powerful and very very dependable somebody will have them a lifetime bike because I own the same exact bike and I don't plan on ever buying another bike cuz I'm already 56 years old been riding for 45 years started out on a Honda Trail 70
Very, very nice. I just got a 2007 VTX1300R last March and I've loved every minute being on it. Seeing this one has given me some nice ideas of what I can add to mine. The only questions I can ask is where the hard shell saddlebags came from. Are they made by Saddlemen or some other maker? Did you get those off of e-Bay or through a online dealer?
Well mine is the orange the Mustang seat in the Vance & Hines pipes and a little bitter beefed-up carburetor and I love it I've had it for a while never had a problem I go to Daytona georgia-tennessee I stay all around Florida Georgia Line i-ride US1 just about every day is not too cold and I had a Honda Shadow American classic for about 15 years I got 150,000 miles out of it and sold it running just as good as the day I bought it so I am a firm believer in a Honda
Although back when I was a young man I wouldn't ride nothing but a Harley till I figure it out I was just paying for the name and it cost me more money to run a Harley than anybody I've ever owned but I'm just about getting too old to even hold one up anymore so this be tx1300 will be my last bike
hey i have 2009 vtx 1300cc , i loved what you did on the stereo music system. i liked the seats and back rests for both passenger and the driver. where can i have like those?? this is Joseph from Oman. thank you
Oh now you've done it, you own a bike that will run virtually forever, pretty much never break down, and won't leave spots of oil all over your driveway. It's reliable and built by the largest motorcycle Company in the world, not to mention being built to the utmost standards of precision. Now why in the heck did you go and do that? LOL 🤣
I put on cobra pipes and i don't think it was necessary to jet it but i did. DO NOT BUY the dynojet kit. It wouldn't work. what i ended up with was the factory needle with one shim under it, with a 195 jet. seems to work great. AF 2.5 turns out
I see alot of riders turning the idle down so they sound like a harley when they put louder pipes on their bikes. It actually is hard on th engine doing that because it robs the upper end of the engine of oil needed to lubricate the valve train. But go ahead, you look cool even while wrecking your engine!
Sounds better than Harley weather it’s ideled down or up. This one needs to choke down. And it’s the pipes, not the bike.Less break downs, more miles. Honda is leaps and bounds better than Harley. The VTX is the most American bike ever made at 95%
@@aaronconradvleck786 People who don't own a Harley always say that but it hasn't been my experience with my Dyna Wide Glide. I've had Japanese bikes in the past and they break down too.
@Tryingto Begood Show me the part of my post where I was bragging...that never happened. And my Harley is older and so all the parts probably were made in America, but not that I even care. And as I stated earlier, I have owned Japanese bikes in the past and I liked them just fine. However, anything mechanical eventually breaks down regardless of the brand. People like you try to stereotype Harley owners because you're ignorant....we're just like every other motorcycle owner.
@Tryingto Begood Hey stupid, I called the bike a "Harley wannabe" because IT IS with the styling copying a Harley...it was an accurate statement. And the kind of guy you are is a bipolar nutcase who gets butt-hurt over the most trivial things. Pull your panties out of the bunch they're in, go take a chill pill, get a good night's sleep, and then tomorrow take a nice relaxing ride on your Honda 250 scooter....you'll feel a whole lot better then.
@Tryingto Begood It is keyboard warriors like you who are hiding behind the internet. If you met me in person I guarantee you wouldn't have the courage to say shit to me.

That's the same exact bike I have today it is a very dependable very strong bike for just a 1300 Cruiser I've never had a problem yet with it

If riding instead of money you wouldn’t have a Harley. And if you get confused on which ones your Harley, look for oil spots.
Beautiful bike, well maintained.👌

I have an 05 1300C VTX. 44,000 miles and still looks and runs like brand new at 17 yrs. old. Batteries and tires, that’s it.
would rather have 10 hondas as a opposed to 20 Harleys

I also have a 2004 vtx 1300c lol that stock seat was worse than terrible
Those saddlebags look way out of place being they're black and the bike is orange. You should paint them to match the bike. Just a suggestion.
Moving way too suddenly
It looks like a Harley wannabe.
Ya, but when your riding the VTX, your harley will be in the shop, for the 10th time😂lol
