Even watching this on my phone I could tell how full the tone of the 1800s violin was, and it only got better! Well done! The insights into the rehairing process were very interesting. Have a great week!
I am so glad you could hear it even on your phone! I have two bows to repair this week so you might see some more! Thank you for commenting and have a great week!
Lovely mature tone on the 1800s violin, despite the new varnish (which does look quite pretty). The glass doors on the bookcases are a great idea for keeping dust at bay, and so well made. Stainer's downhill progression reminds me of the list of curses in Deuteronomy 28. So sad : (.
Amen! Without the Messiah in our life and His ways in our hearts we could have the same ending. Life abundant is ours for the asking. Thank you for commenting. Have a blessed week!
Thank you for watching and commenting! It is always interesting to hear the differences in sound based on different parts and adjustments that can be made.
Psalm 83:18 is the Hebrew minute. What a sad story about Steiner! What a lot of details go into the making and repair of a violin! Do you have any more violins waiting to be fixed? Have a wonderful week.
Hi Fay, Thank you for finding the Hebrew Minute! It is super sad that Stainer did not find hope in God. I have to finish up the one and a couple of bows. Thank you for commenting.
Thank you for this episode. Everything that we see you do is so interesting! Is the Hebrew Minute Psalm 83:18? Mr. Winters' library is very beautiful and well kept. May God bless you throughout this week! James Austin Steenson

Very very good 👍😊
Thank you very much!
@@Violinsforu2 you are very very welcome 🤗
I liked the part when you were playing the violin. It was interesting to see the different sounds that the tail pieces made. You're really talented.
