Start doing wall pushups, then incline push ups until i can start doing normal push ups. My goals for the year 1. primarily to lose weight, i can do exercises after school too when it comes around 2. improve my grades by spending less time browsing the internet and using that time to study/learn this 3. Buying a bike. Bonus: Perhaps trying to learn how to shuffle. Summer goals: 1. Study french 1 hour per day. 2. Learn to make edits because it's cool. Im a teen myself, and personally, i have a huge problem. I live in an apartment, not easy to meet friends or go outside since im inside the city. Days feel very boring and I feel a very big emptiness inside. I do not know what to do and feel like im wasting my life. I wanna do stuff but im unable to. This video has helped me a lot but I am very exclusively doing things inside my house and rarely out of it.
Try and get a summer job, you'll meet lots of people from that and gain experience. You could also go to the local library or join a club related to one of your hobbies
Go out, even if you are just by yourself, make it a goal to at least talk to one person every time you do. Try to socialize more and make friends. Remember, you can't be awkward while talking to strangers. They are literally strangers. Either you make friends or nothing happens. There are some youtubers doing this. Watch a video to see how it could go. This feels like a big step, but remember, it might be the one necessary you need to take. You need to make friends, not excuses. You got to have at least 1-2 "friends", even if you aren't close. Call them and hang out. About the motivation and not getting things done, for me, it was the social media and screen time that was the issue.

But when I have alone time to do whatever I want I frequently get bored and even mentally drained and low energy sometimes. I've been stuck in the hobby of trying to learn bass guitar. I am a really big music lover, but I feel like I'm spending too much time on it, it's not really fun anymore at times. My nine and a half year old cat died today. He was my bestfriend since I was 6. I will be 16 in 27th July but I don't want to celebrate my birthday. I am so tired of everything, of life. I don't know how to keep living without my cat.
When I saw a video of yours for the first time two weeks ago, my hope for life increased. but now there is none. I'm sorry this comment has nothing to do with the video. I am just tired
