Hey there, former RUclips scroller here. Just made a video letter to my future self. Currently saving to my camera while watching this. Tons of fun, thanks Timofey. Real good advice. In high school right now and started noticing that going outside is so refreshing and nice. Hopefully I can get my friends to agree with me about that and get them to also stop scrolling.

Have a list so that we know the next couple of things we could go to (this helps prevent being distracted easily). It's also really fun. 2. Dude I was NOT expecting the first thing. It sounds so simple but I totally forgot that I did something to myself very similarly when I was like 10 years old to my 13 year old self or something. Felt like such a long time between those two points. I'm 22 next month now! Wow. You have an immense amount of wisdom for being 16. I hope you put this energy you have toward a career of helping others, I think you could be incredibly successful doing that.

i'm quite jealous how you have such access to places in nature, especially the woods. i moved out to the suburbs and taking out the fact that it's extremely unwalkable, the only places to go to admire complete nature are the unclaimed plots of land.

I read 50 pages of a book for pleasure today. I just finished and picked up my phone to see this notification lol It's kind of bad of me though because I should have been doing schoolwork but my attention span is so bad so I'm proud I read instead of scrolled for a couple hours

i physically can’t be outside bc i moved to a country where it’s -20 every single DAY in the winter !!! but what i get from this video is that there is so much to do other than scrolling. i’ll try to read more, draw more. do things outside of my job and my phone. i just asked my friend to hang out

Ty for the incredible video and to make a subtitle. Im brazilian I study english by myself then sometimes is hard to understand everything and with the subtitle it was very easy... but also you are calm and talk as i can understando even without subtitle. Ty so much

honestly the phone is not a problem for me. it's finding something to do during the winter or finding people to talk to that is difficult. hobbies aren't doing it for me anymore. I feel selfish spending all my time on myself. Still looking for alternative ways to have fun.
