Hoe kan je dit nu propageren? De admin moet er eerst een Shared Mailbox handeling uitvoeren. Is het niet evenveel werk om zijn teammanager toegang te geven. Dit blijft hierdoor een beetje een dingetje van de IT-afdeling. Het is sowieso een governance/compliance probleem. Het is altijd al heel erg vreemd dat de admins in de M365-omgeving deze als hun eigen achtertuin zien. De OneDrive van Pradeep moet gewoon op een compliant wijze bewaard worden.

Leuk om je reactie te lezen en daarom is het zo belangrijk dat mensen kijken en dit zien. Ik ben het volledig met je eens dat je Governance op orde moet zijn. Ik vind het zelf een interessante technische manier om naar te kijken.
