Great tutorial. Way cleaner than the way I was doing it.
some notes,
convert to parameter makes your texture or coulor into a variable, meaning that when you make your material instance you can change it on the fly.

Iv been have alot of problems with making landscape material the smoothness of it that is
I'm a bit confused why you assigned the B channel of layer 1 to the layer2 height blend? the blend type is based on the specific array element. does it matter or did you do this on purpose?
The B channel stands for heightmap, in Quixel assets the B is used for it.
Any idea why my material will only change if i change it directly in the editor and not if i adjust the values with the instance?
My menu doesn't have live stream anywhere on it???
when i click my landscape doesnt show the material tab. HELP
Are you clicking in selection mode? That should show the material slot in the details panel.
